Doki Doki Kusoge

Doki Doki Kusoge deals in all things Japanese culture, be it video games, anime, music, or film. You can find the latest info translated from Japanese rags, reviews, previews, and other weird features. Despite its namesake (kusoge means shit game), DDK does not deal exclusively in garbage video games. Its founder just has a masochistic tendency to subject himself to them. No, it's not healthy. Elliot G. runs things here. A former Destructoid and Japanator contributor living in Japan, he likes to make himself suffer by playing the bad stuff so you don't have to.

It’s the super spicy opening to the upcoming light gun-esque shooter, Gal Gun Double Peace!

It… looks like Gal Gun, which is to say it’s not particularly impressive and ultimately probably won’t be very good, but hey, here we are anyway.

Here’s a trailer for Inti Creates’ (Mega Man Z, Gunvolt) latest release, Gal Gun Double Peace.

Yeah, it looks like more Gal Gun. More levels. More weirdness. More girls. Less heroines (oddly enough), more pain or something. I don’t even know anymore.

Gal*Gun was not a good game.

Having been playing it for the weekly Friday night streams, I cannot stress enough that for as weird and amusing and dumb as Gal*Gun is, it is absolutely not a good game.

Now that we have that out of the way, the folks at Inti Creates have released a metric ass-ton of screenshots for their sequel, Gal*Gun W (PS4/Vita).

It looks like Gal*Gun

Check out the source link for a ridiculous amount of equally as ridiculous screenshots. NSFW probably.

That’s right. This Friday’s Doki Doku Kusoge stream will once again be the notorious Gal*Gun. After last week’s stupidity, I wasn’t sure I could handle the real time translation while resisting losing my sanity, but here I am once again. I’m ready to finish the battle we started together.

Gal*Gun Stream of Stupid Part 3 starts at 8:00 pm JPN time on Friday. That’s Japan time, so make sure to check your timezones.

See you later, alligators.
